Symbols and signs – this is what surrounds a person from childhood years, this is what passes from
generation to generation, allowing to recognize their own and strangers. Each symbol and sign carries a special
conceptual knowledge, and it has always been so for all peoples.
Signs, carrying this or that concept, were displayed in drawings, embroideries and endowed
with magical power. The strongest mystical symbols were considered to be solar signs,
identified with the power of sunlight. They protected, preserved, guided to the
right path.
